The Nene Rivers Trust CIO began its life as River Nene Regional Park CIC in 2008. 

Over the years, our brand has become known for quality and innovation and we have played a key role in promoting green infrastructure, raising the profile of the catchment, enhancing the quality of our environment, and delivering sustainable outcomes for nature and the community. 

You can get involved in the wonderful work that is being done here by supporting us with a one off or recurring donation, or something a little bigger, such as sponsoring an employee’s position, or a projects funding.

Make a one-off or recurring donation. Your support allows us to continue essential work to protect and restore our rivers through habitat enhancement works, collaborating with riverfront landowners, and creating valuable connections for wildlife. Rivers are at the heart of our communities and nature, connecting people and nature as they meander. It is critical that we protect their health, fight for their improvement, and all play our part in promoting and enjoying them.

In return for supporting a project of your choice, you will receive annual updates on the project progress, funding allocation, and one-to-one guided tours and site visits.

Our Roles

By supporting a member of staff's position you will be enabling crucial work to continue in the Nene Valley. Our team covers a range of work, from land advisors, river restoration consultation, community engagement, education, events, etc.

Support a person

When you support a role you will receive updates on the team members' achievements, your logo added to partner supported pages and uniform, you will also receive an annual report to show where your funds have directly supported.
